I have practical experience consulting in user experience and design research roles, assisting in a breadth of projects including: healthcare, finance, retail and technological innovation projects.
I am drawn to working on complex problems. I use the tools of qualitative research and service design to advocate for great user experiences, generate a renewed understanding of the business context, and to develop ideas and solutions that can have a meaningful impact.
I have a Master of Information Studies from the University of Toronto, where I was a founding member of the Critical Making lab and part of the Knowledge Media Design collaborative program. My research centred on annotation and the knowledge creation process. Previously, I majored in Design Art from Concordia University, where I focused on digital design.
